British politician a.o. secretary of state for India, representive to the Six
Powers' conference in 1876 held in Constantinople and Prime Minister.
He was also a journalist.

Condition is good with some little period retouches and tiny lighter toned dots.
Original is a bit darker and browner toned (scan shows a bit greenish).
